Enjoy the photos.. hope you all had more fun that I did at this year's IMATS. I might go again next year but not sure yet. These are the products I got. Click on them to enlarge them.
Hi girls! Just wanted to let you all know that I am officially affliliated with Lime Crime. Now I want to let you all know why I support this brand. They have super great customer service! Their packaging is purple with cute unicorns and bows on them! You should all know by now I am a huge sucker for all things purple hahaha
To top it all off they are vegan and animal cruelty free! How great is that?! I absolutely love brands that don't use their products on animals and that aren't made from them.
Their lipsticks are very opaque aswell. I am in LOVE with their coquette lipstick because its so nudey! It's the first nude lipstick I've actually honestly fell in love with hahaha I don't normally wear the colour because I look like a sick or dead person. It doesn't suit me but for some reason coquette suits just about everyone. I can't stress how good it feels on the lips aswell. It's so smooth and buttery and its matte but not drying on the lips in my experience with it.
Here is a video of me wearing my coquette lipstick:
If you include shipping it totals to $27 for one lipstick. Pretty dear for some but quite worth the money if you ask me because you are paying for quality. Definaitely check them out. I have the loose eyeshadow in the colour Empress from them aswell and Iove how pearly it looks. Not too matte and not too shimmery/glittery. It's a beautiful purple.
So I was running out of eyeshadow primer and I needed a new one badly because I just can't live without it! I noticed that I still had alot of the e.l.f eyelid primer left but that product is useless. Not completely useless because it did help abit but it isn't as good as the Urban Decay's primer potion which is my favourite primer at the moment. The e.l.f primer makes my eyeshadow crease aswell whereas the UD primer potion doesn't. Well... it was only $5! What could I have expected! The fact that I have an oily/combination skin type doesn't help either :(
The only place I can buy the UD primer potion without getting ripped off is from the UK and at this time because it is close to Christmas and New Year's Eve I knew I wouldn't be able to get the primer potion in time before 2012 so I did some research on other primers which were comparable to the primer potion. I initially had my eyes on the Lime Crime primer but wasn't going to buy it until I had read more reviews on it.
After Googling and YouTubing I decided I'd give Lime Crime a go. There were many great reviews online and so far no cons about it at all except for the fact that it is unreasonably hard to remove. It was on special at www.makeupnet.com.au for $14.99 so I purchased mine from there and got it the next day with free express shipping. How excellent is that?! They normally don't ship their products out for free especially with express BUT they were being thoughtful as Christmas was only around the corner.
I couldn't wait to try it out the next day! As soon as I had some free time I took the chance to make a new makeup tutorial for YouTube hahaha!! The tutorial will be up soon!! If you are going to buy it from makeupnet the price for it now is probably back up to $17 which is exactly how much it retails for. You can also get the product from their original website which is www.limecrimemakeup.com and they do ship internationally aswell. Same price as makeupnet.

I walked to the nearby shops today, 10-15 minutes away from my place to mail the UD naked palette winner her prize and the weather was so crappy. Dark, gloomy with a chance of rain haha walking to the shops made me hot though. I was only wearing a tank top under my lonsdale hoodie. Not sure why but everytime I walk somewhere long distance, whether the weather is hot or cold I find that my nose is always running so I always have to carry tissues with me. Weird huh. Let me know if that happens to you too. lol.
Anyways after mailing the goodies I went over to check out what sales Priceline had. I was able to pick up Mariah Carey's Lollipop Bling Honey perfume for only $19. It's a big deal for me because last December they were going for $40 each and they were only 30ml (1 FL OZ)!! Total rip off!
The thing I like about this perfume is that is smells really sweet! Reminds me of Jennifer Lopez's Live Luxe perfume in a way. The bottle looks so cute. You can pop in it your purse and carry it around with you whenever you need it too. I don't carry perfumes in my bag because I feel like I don't need it. I don't carry alot in my purse actually. You can check out my 'What's in my purse' video down below to see what I actually have in there if your curious to know. It's not really interesting though haha just saying!!
The next thing I bought was the Neutrogene Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelttes (in the blue pack not the purple one, that's the night wipes) and it went from $7 to $6.39 which isn't much at all lol but sale or no sale I was gonna buy it anyway because this makeup remover is my favourite out of the rest. It doesn't dry up fast like the others, so it's always moist, it's soft on my face and gets rid of my makeup. ALL of my makeup!! Some of the other wipes out there like the Garnier ones don't take off all of my makeup and I always have problems taking my waterproof makeup off with the other makeup wipes. Some of them make my face sting aswell. The Neutrogena one doesn't hurt my face and removes makeup off my skin really well so I'm always gonna purchase this one til they stop selling it :P
The very last thing I bought from Priceline was the 71ml Aveeno Daily Moisterising Lotion. I absolutely LOVE this product! I got it for $3. I use this lotion on my face and body everyday!! It has oatmeal in it so it relieves dry skin. I only found out about this lotion when my dermatologist recommended it to me because at the time I was visiting I was on roaccutane. I had the worst case of cystic acne ever! If you want to know more about my skin let me know and I'll write up a blog about it and stuff. My skin is completely clear now by the way. I hardly get any pimples :D
Anyways that's all I bought at the shops today. Didn't want to spend alot of money on things I thought I didn't need. I was going to go buy some makeup but I already have alot. I want to go buy a new foundation though but maybe after my other ones run out hehehe
It's 12.30 am over here in Sydney so I'm going to go have something to eat then go to bed. So tired. I have to wakeup around 11 tomorrow aswell because my cocktail dress is being delivered to me around that time. I want to try it on to see if it fits. It's for a wedding coming up this Saturday. If it doesn't fit me I'll have to adjust it myself to make it fit haha yes I can sew baby! I'll show you what my dress looks like though.. oooft I can't wait to wear it on Saturday! Check it out! :)
On the 24th of November I receieved a mail in my twitter from LoveAustralis congratulating me on winning their Lip Travel Case. I was so excited when I saw it!! The other day when I was shopping in Priceline I was just looking at it and contemplating whether I should purchase it or not because it was only $14.95!!! Super cheap! I decided not to buy it that day and wait another day... Lucky I didn't buy it hehhe! Might end up buying it as a gift for a friend anyways because the lip glosses are nice.
This is what I got in the mail. What was funny was the card that came with it. The package was addressed to me but the card inside was addressed to a Sarah! lol!!
Isn't the box just super cool?! I love it! It snaps shut with a magnetic close :)
The colours from left to right:
Contemporary (nude), Lambada (soft pink), Bellydance (coral), Jazz (magenta pink) and Bollywood (red).
All of them are almost translucent looking, no fragraence and no flavour. I like that about them. They are not sticky at all aswell! I super hate sticky lipglosses like Loreal Glamshine glosses!
ABOUT THE LIP GLOSSES:
What is it: So glossy and
nourishing, long lasting but it’s also moisturising. It’s an injection
of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, your very own lip doctor. It
contains Kakadu plum which is one of the world’s highest known sources
of vitamin C. Vitamin C is not only soothing, but also naturally
stimulates collagen formation. Moisturising, smoothing and lip defining
peptides are added to help make this the hottest thing on everyone's
lips!
There are 10 different shades to choose from which include cremes and shimmers.
They retail for $11.95 each and are called Colour Inject Mineral Lip Gloss.
Check out my YouTube video below to see what they look like. Some people just like to read blogs and some like to watch videos so I've given you options to help you choose which colour you would want to purchase. Remember girls! These are ONLY available in Australia! You can find the Australis products from Priceline. I'm sure Target and Kmart stocks them too! :)

Here are the swatches I did on my own lips using my own products. *I am not affiliated with the brand Australis by the way.
